What you eat massively influences your health—especially if you have any thyroid issues. Your diet can actually trigger a sluggish thyroid.

It’s important to be aware of possible food sensitives you may have, as they can cause damage to your gut. I am sure some of you have found that certain foods can trigger troublesome flare-ups.

In addition to processed foods typical of the Western diet, below are just a few foods that commonly cause issues for people with an underactive thyroid, as well as for those at risk of developing hypothyroidism.

❌Gluten
❌Soy
❌Dairy
❌Sugar
❌Alcohol

Eating certain foods can definitely slow your thyroid down.....with or without a diagnosis of hypothyroidism. And eating certain foods can tell your thyroid to work...to do what is supposed to do!
