The thyroid hormone effects is a long list but the energy that you should have from a properly functioning thyroid is the top of the list! When the thyroid is even the slightest bit sluggish, your energy levels will begin to plummet.

Since the thyroid is your master gland for everything that needs to happen in your body, it is very crucial to investigate the the thyroid when you are depleted of energy and can't make it through the day.
And don't forget that you don't need a diagnosis of "hypothyroidism" to have a slow and sluggish thyroid!
