Hi, I’m Angela Brown.

I wasn’t always as health-conscious as I am today. While I’ve always loved sports and working out, living a truly healthy lifestyle didn’t come naturally to me. I didn’t always eat well, and I often burned the candle at both ends.

My interest in the human body began in high school when I took my first anatomy class. That was the moment I knew I wanted to pursue a career centered around how the body functions and heals. After graduating, I earned my degree in Physical Therapy and spent eight years working in outpatient orthopedic and sports clinics.

But over time, I realized I wanted to do more.

I became certified in personal training and later in health coaching, expanding my focus beyond rehab and into long-term wellness. My passion for nutrition and lifestyle medicine deepened when I began facing my own health challenges. Searching for answers led me to become certified in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, not only to better understand my own body, but to help my clients take control of theirs.

Today, I’m on a mission to help women overcome thyroid and hormone challenges so they can feel strong, energized, and like themselves again.
